This Privacy Policy explains how Color Journey (com.bugragames.colorjourney), developed and published by Servet Sahiner, handles information. Color Journey is a child-friendly mobile game. It does not require an account and does not ask players to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, camera, or microphone data.
Information stored on the device
Game progress and preferences—including scores, unlocked modes and characters, achievements, language, music, sound, accessibility settings, and local player profiles—are stored locally on the player’s device. This information is not uploaded to a Color Journey developer-operated server. Players can delete it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
Notifications and Firebase Cloud Messaging
Color Journey uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver optional game and update notifications. FCM may process an app-instance notification token and technical delivery information needed to route notifications. Notification permission is optional; declining or disabling it does not prevent the game from being played. Google processes and retains this information according to its own terms and privacy documentation.
Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Color Journey uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display banner and interstitial advertisements. The SDK may automatically collect or share technical information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or app identifiers for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Ad requests are configured as child-directed, personalized advertising is disabled, and the maximum ad content rating is set to G. The app removes the Android Advertising ID permission from its manifest. Data handled by Google is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and service terms.
How information is used and shared
Technical information processed through FCM and Google Mobile Ads is used only to deliver notifications, provide and measure advertisements, maintain service reliability, and prevent abuse or fraud. Color Journey does not sell personal information. Information described above may be processed by Google as the provider of Firebase Cloud Messaging and AdMob.
Security
Communications with Google services use encrypted network connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable technical measures are used to reduce risk. Game progress remains in the application’s private local storage unless the player removes it.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on the device until the player clears app storage or uninstalls Color Journey. Notification tokens may remain valid until they are refreshed, invalidated, or the app is uninstalled. Google controls the retention of information processed by Firebase and AdMob under its applicable policies. Because Color Journey does not provide accounts or keep player profiles on a developer-operated server, there is no server-side player account to delete. Children’s privacy
Color Journey is designed with children’s safety in mind and does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. Parents or guardians can disable notifications through device settings and can clear local game data at any time. Advertising is configured for a child-directed audience and non-personalized treatment.
International processing
Google may process technical information in countries other than the player’s country. Such processing is subject to Google’s privacy terms and applicable legal safeguards.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
